from boost transfer to bank, what is the cooldown period before i can perform another transfer to bank?

trying to pay mpsj cukai tanah, after 1st payment it says need to wait 24 hours before able to pay again.

waited 2 days and today try again, total amount is 1k, first try still same error come out, second try with rm500 then the payments goes through, is there any amount limit for this?
