yes, few months back, was triggered to reverify. then pending verification for final step 4 (verify details) for few months

knowing boost going to offer their Prepaid Mastercard soon, i triggered support last week. i complained to them for the long verification period. seems like they cant do anything after few days of ding-dong escalation. then they "reset" my account again, and i redo verify identity (scan mykad) and update details.... finally approved within 1 day doh.gif

yep same.

i noticed RED user got requested to be re-verify in the app. after submitted, next day, all verified and was offered PREMIUM 10K wallet.

it seems to be based on tenure of the account, rather than tier. but then, eventually all will be offered anyway, hence most, if not all, were asked to re-verify again.
