if no spend for few weeks, level will be downgrade. Why u want to wonder? U can keep the boost acc no use, u will see level downgrade.

they purposely make all these issue to discourage you to use credit card or big pay. They want you to use bank transfer.

like I say, it will no help, Cannot means cannot. Same like lazada, I complaint 3 years, still no solve to use the credit card in lazada, They said my account is not blocked or no banned. U need to ensure no balance and no point. Expect to start from level 1 if you are in level 4.
