well..mathematically rm4500 u spent is nothing as this super shake is a lucky draw base, not who spend highest will win base.

let say total monthly transaction by all boost user is rm4.5mil. this will make your rm4500 spent only equals to 0.1% chance to win.

0.1% probability that u will win vs 99.9% probability that others will win.

ur fund will hold at Boost until u have utilised ur balance to allow the fund credit to ur wallet limit within ur wallet limit

Free rm6 from boost, it say I completed mission for the Raya special mission: scan and pay rm50, but I never spent anything yet...

Anyone had recent experience whereby CC charged but wallet not updated?

My online CC statement shows RM150 topup, but this is not reflected in my wallet (app hung halfway). Anyone experienced this before and does it auto get reversed or you have to chase and chase? I already wrote to CS but got standard unhelpful answer.

happened to me back in May. bigpay charged, boost app error. cs asked to wait 7 days so that it get auto-reversed, but blardy Boost went to claim the erroneous reload and settled it as "valid".

screwed them kawkaw for doing something inappropriate, cc to BNM for their behavior. after that, they investigated, verified issue from their end, then added the missing reload back to boost.
i dont mind to wait for auto-reversal after 7 days (transaction left unclaimed/unsettled by boost) but it seems they simply hantam the settlement without doing proper reconciliation, which is wrong.

imagine those poor users didnt check 

nope. the wallet didnt capture the reload, but went thru from gateway, so internally they claimed it anyway. it wont show on the app at all. this is reconciliation variance which they didnt handle properly (or at all?)

What if the improved system can handle:
(1) Maximum usage RM50k per calendar year. (TnG/WeChatPay)
(2) Money deposited into the App via credit card cannot be withdrawn, ie "Available" cash-out balance. (VCash)
(3) Shake/Mission Reward will not be added to account balance but the rewards can be used on next transactions/payments (Lazada/SarawakPay)

You don't represent the majority of Boost users.
How many users can use Boost to spend >RM10,000 in 1 calendar year?
How many users are using credit cards to top up? Only 10% of Malaysians are having at least 1 credit card.
Boost no longer need you to play CC top-up and cash-out to boost up the transaction figure.
Boost can afford to lose you now!

TBH, i know about the maintenance, but just din realized and din expected that it will last till 2pm. Thought normally upgrade only during midnight when least impact to users.
And now has past the maintenance window, still down..

actually they should mention it was an 14 hours maintenance rather by just putting the downtime.

If I were you, I will alternate between Burger King, Gindaco, Pizza Hut, Kenny Rogers, Manhattan Fish Market, Tony Romas, etc..., all using DiGi vouchers. Can save a lot of money.  Drinks can buy with Boost and get some cashback.
