Then there's this. An email from boost that seems to correlate to the above "partner wallet".



That's the part where I feel boost can't get their shit together. It seems like alot of hidden fine print all over the place. Just when you think.. Wow, it's just like the usual partner wallet where there's no minimum spend req.. Then boom.. Wth.. Why wasn't it deducted from the so called "partner wallet"...

And hey.. For boost supporters, it's just for the sake of discussion, don't give me crap about it. I may be wrong, if yes, so sorry or the fine print may be wrong..then it's good news.

TnG clearly states it in the TnC... I don't have to go through a shit ton of email to find that...

Secondly, I was pointing out the discrepancy between info provided in app and from the emails...

You need to reload at least RM 20 before you can use.

Damn.. Lucky you.. Happy "menjana-ing"... I'm sure there would've been hell alot of complaints. At least it'll be easier for first time boost users, and I really hope BNM is aware of their BS methods.

Damn, just used boost for 2 transactions.. Albeit very small transactions less than RM 50 each.. Zero coins... Which equals to totally pointless using Boost!!! 🤯

TnG also same.. Did 7 accounts.. No problem getting, no issue using.. Straight forward..

Only 1 account claimed with boost.. Kind of expected their BS.. But still very frustrating

Agreed.. And most likely, the ticket will be marked as solved. They should put a disclaimer.. Not recommended for the elderly, non tech savvy, or anyone with underlying medical issues such as hypertension or heart problems.

Same here.. I've seen RM 30 in the previous round.. But that's the max..

It's unfortunate that can only claim once per amount.. Still have coins balance.. And I don't really fancy their partner wallets, even though I've successfully redeemed and used in the past, mainly due to lack of confidence in boost.

Somehow I get a feeling that when boost start dumping out coins like that, it will possibly devalue the coins even further. I may be wrong, just that I always remind myself that "there ain't no such big frog jumping around the street"... And also "not to count chickens before they hatch"

I do notice that reward coins is lesser as well.. At least for this month. . Level 5 since day 1..made multiple transactions for this month, not a single one got 2x
