QUOTE(tony_mw @ Aug 3 2020, 01:32 PM) The bank has to sort this out with Boost. Asking the victim to ask for the refund from Boost is not right. In CC fraud cases, we only deal with the bank. Mind telling which bank is this?

QUOTE(tony_mw @ Aug 3 2020, 01:44 PM) Hong Leong ... what pissed me off is how can they delay the investigation that long... my sister in law highlighted and file in the complaint to the branch back in Jan and kept following up with them closely every month. They only issue an official explanation this week... Next time deal directly with the HQ. Bring BNM in to the picture and the bank will take it more seriously. Anyway, best of luck.

Have they not settled the bill payment problem? Still cannot click it. The app is very unstable.
This is so weird! My account can access bill payment, my mom's account cannot click. On same handphone.

QUOTE(Bearberry @ Aug 4 2020, 11:11 AM) Hi guys, this may be a dumb question but can I use the RM50 ePenjana to fill up petrol? Not sure how it works because it is not directly added up to my wallet. From what i read, just scan as usual. It will deduct from the epenjana wallet

I still couldnt find the reason why I can make bill payment while my mum's account cannot. Both using my phone. The only difference is I am at Level 4, she is at Level 1.

QUOTE(demon182 @ Aug 4 2020, 08:36 PM) To utilize ePenjana to pay bills, make sure your wallet has enough balance so that the transaction can go through. You can split bills if having low wallet balance. I know. Already have enough credit balance. The problem that I am facing is, when click Bill Payment icon, nothing happened. So basically, regardless whether from main wallet or penjana wallet, cannot make bill payment. This post has been edited by Human Nature: Aug 4 2020, 08:51 PM

QUOTE(starry-starry @ Aug 4 2020, 11:55 PM) Registered MySejahtera via website successfully but I just received a notification from Boost that last step to claim RM50 is to download MySejahtera app and register. I've already registered, so what else should I do? Must I download the app? I didn't know can register via web? Yes, need to install and register.

QUOTE(ClarenceT @ Aug 5 2020, 09:16 AM) The Government is amending the law to make it compulsory, if you don't use the App, you better stay at home. Haha. OT: Still getting differing interpretation whether is is compulsory or manual is still possible. Need to wait for the gazette.

QUOTE(starry-starry @ Aug 5 2020, 04:49 PM) Yes, of course using the app is more convenient. So anyone of you claimed RM50 via Boost? Did you receive notification to install MySejahtera app & register as the last step to claim the RM50? Just wonder if everyone receives the same notification as I already registered via website, also received SMS telling me my registration was successful. Already contacted Boost CS, no response so far. I registered and claimed both for my parents, no issue. But using apps, not via website.

From a simple app interface, they introduce too many things and no the platform is unstable and bug-gy. The worst part is no customer service at all. They are very good at ignoring questions, be it through the apps, email or facebook.

For paying TNB bill at POS Automated Machine using Boost, do we need to bring a hardcopy of the TNB bill or it is merely key-in the TNB account number? Also, how is Boost implemented, there will be a QR code and we scan using Boost? Thanks

QUOTE(smartfreak @ Aug 8 2020, 11:34 AM) No need hardcopy, just key in your TNB account number and amount to pay. Hold your phone near the PAM kiosk and let the machine scan your phone QR code. Thanks alot! I get a bit anxious when using new machines, so got to ask around first
