I joined 2 missions in the following sequence:

First - Pay RM70 bill - RM4 cashback
Second - Pay RM120 bill - RM8 cashaback

Decided to pay my Unifi bill - RM70 in order to fulfill the first mission. Who knows Boost considered the RM70 bill for the second mission I activated. No big deal though but I just would like to understand how this works? Shouldn't it go according to sequence or amount? What if I had paid RM120 first, would Boost consider the bill payment for first activated mission (pay RM70 get RM4)?

which mean even u stack up multiple similar mission the action only goes to the 1st mission that meet the criteria

Never experienced paying IWK bill with Boost on IWK website...

But as far as I know, if the website shows the QR code for you to scan and make payment, then it should be considered as "Scan & Pay"...

As for "Pay any bill", it most likely applies to bill payments made via the Boost app, that's how Boost usually defines these statements.

If based on the mission that meets criteria then it should have been d first missing I activated - pay RM70 bill get RM4 cashback. I worried if I paid more than RM70, it would fall under this first RM70 mission so I decided to play safe n paid RM70 instead. Didn't expect it fell under 2nd mission that I activated, which was pay RM120 bill get RM8 cashback.

I even wonder if I activate 2 missions - RM70 and RM100 then I pay RM80 and Boost considers d payment for RM70 missing, would the balance RM10 bring over to my another RM100 mission - very unlikely I guess.

btw, i tried with SYABAS, works.

tips, go click into the exact mission, and press scan to pay OR make bill payment....

I don't know if this will go into the exact mission you wanted... but I do found that if I do that way, that particular mission will get updated or "completed" immediately after payment made, compared to normal scan & pay or bill payment.... so I guess this method actually "telling" the mission "I am going to perform transaction for you, please track".


I tried this... nope. it won't split your transaction.....

I have tried IWK before and it is considered Scan and Pay as you actually scan the QR code provided on the website.

Did you open the first mission and tap on pay bill or did you just go straight to Do More and make payment from there?

You can't pay IWK from boost app. You have to make payment at the www.iwk.com.my website and select Boost as the mode of payment. Then they will provide you with the QR code for you to scan with your phone. This will be under Scan and Pay category.

And about the mission, I usually do the same as what you do. I open the mission and tap on the button to let it bring me to whichever page necessary. So far all my mission rewards have been immediate. No delay like some have experienced.
