from what i observed, i'm not sure is really true, you can reload up to 4X using AMEX within 24 hours, 5th time will rejected... it seems is not count by 4 times per day, it is count by 24-hourly basis from your 1st transaction...

Quite true, I can second this.

Anyone with Beta Boost App and cannot see anything under "DO MORE" Tab ?

I clicked every voucher but nothing pop out =.=

I can view other tab like mission so i can confirm not line issue.
I can also see my Unifi account

Digi user and Boost beta version user here, I can confirm that I'm having the same issue as you...

However, their CS called me earlier today to survey about my thoughts on the new home screen, not sure why they wanna do it again when I've already submitted my survey via their Google Docs.

Btw, the last question they asked me was something like "Would you like to customize your home screen?", so seems like there will be some new features coming soon, and probably they're tweaking the app that's why some features aren't available right now.

i didn't ask in details which station as i believe soon or later all in klang valley will accept it.

my colleague told me she tried already 2 stations accepting it, their system accept multi wallet. eg: TnG, Boost...

They should just merge with Setel, and make it available for all petrol stations, since that's what Setel is trying to do in the future...

But it's good to be able to use e wallets when fueling up.

having bad experience with Setel... if you are in north south highway and the stations are just opposite in different directions, sometime station are wrongly detected, and staff in petronas also dont know how to correct it. also the cashback are not permanent. if no cashback, no point to use it with hassle of reloading the wallet, using credit card at least provide us back small rebate...

I'm using it based on convenience, it is convenient without a doubt.

Cashbacks of course won't be permanent, they don't have that much free money to give out like Boost does, and not everyone uses credit card though, also don't like that it holds RM 200 when using cards to pay for fuel.

My experience with them has been okay so far, sometimes it takes a little while for the app to connect with the petrol pump but it does improve from time to time.

Many speculating or even accusing some who are having issues with reload for abusing the system, having multiple reloads, adding or removing cards, cash out etc.
Just want to share, one of my relatives just got issue with Amex reload too.

He has not cashed out at all since last year he started using Boost. All the while he used 1 card only, until recently Boost accept Amex, he just changed to Amex, that's it. No frequent reload, no cash out, no simply adding or deleting cards.

He normally will top up about RM 200-300, once credit used up he will top up again. Yet he now cannot reload with Amex. And same thing, he received the same standard e-mail "in-line with clause 5.1 bla bla bla"

So, it's bloody Boost system problem. I just feel their system so screw up simply block or detect "suspicious" cards. Remember, one forumer received promotion like need to spend 10k+ to get some cash back, that itself tell us that the really screwed up big time

No only 1 Boost account, he's single and not interested in all the withdrawal game, he just wants the shake and promo etc.
Hence he has no reason to have more than 1 account

right now still not so friendly using Boost to pump petrol compare with automated fuel dispenser which can be done much more faster without have to queue and more walking. unless they implement like Setel all can done at the automated fuel dispenser without have to go to the cashier.

Boost is being ridiculous now ... They are chasing users out using the platform.

cannot merge that easily, if that even possible. cuz Setel is exclusive to Petronas alone. they wont open/share with other fuel operators biggrin.gif

only way is other (new) app trying to mimick Setel app, but engineering (software/hardware) effort and investment is huge because i) quantity of stations & dealers, ii) complexity on their systems/infra.

nearest implementation that can rival Setel is Affin-BHP. able to support contact/contactless credit card at pump kiosk. much better, faster, and seamless.

My point is actually like Boost x Favepay, and they can also do Boost x Setel...

Boost gotta start from scratch if they wanna be like Setel, so it will be great if they can merge in that aspect so payments can be made easier...

Btw, I remember that Setel once mentioned that they will expand to other brands aside from Petronas as well in the future, so it's not gonna be exclusive to only Petronas probably.

Ok now my sis turn to kena, she top up few times just to earn the mission coins, then kaboom....can't top up anymore, can't even pay bills or make any payment lol....Since like they're doing a spring cleaning without much reason....and quite a few mentioned affected due to frequent top up, but they stupidly launched the mission which requires users to do so yet they block the account for that? How ridiculous

could be the same issue like I had - the balance on the system didn't tally with the balance on the app (per Boost CS). Once fixed, it will be ok.

You sure? But Boost account max at a time is only RM1500. Monthly spending each category only RM4500. how the hell he get 10k spending(which need 3 month max out)

Hi I got some issue with boost here. I got few boost account. My main account is linked with Amex. Few days ago I had tried to add Amex to other account without remove it from my main account, its failed. Now my main account which is still linked with Amex can't top up anymore, error msg card not charged. What should I do in order to continue use the Amex card? It is worked if email to them? Or must replace a new card?
