I hp device can set register maximum 2 boost acct.
Each boost acct must register with own separate different hp no.

Topuo ur mum boost acct using ur mum CC sure no problem.

Problem only if use 1 credit card top up other boost acct. Sometimes will trigger block card/unable to top up.

so if use the RM50 penjana to buy prepaid top ups, won't count into the rm200 level 5 mission?

Maybe the rm200 tracker needs time to update especially now with heavy traffic
For me,I did the transaction at midnight only reflected next morning

I have activated 2 missions as below
1) Unlock Level 5 mission by spend RM200 on any bill payment
2) Pay PTPTN Bill RM 200

After that i make a payment of RM 999 to PTPTN SSPN-i

Both mission still show 0% completion.

Anyone can enlighten me why both mission still show 0% completion?

Any idea usually take how long?
30 mins have been passed since my payment, still no movement on the missions.

Finally recevied the mission completion notice. About 45 mins later.
But only 1 stated completed. 

I have made a stupid mistake thinking that TNB is listed as biller in Boost. Just topup 1200 for electric bill payment.

Just stupid because I didnt check it first. Now 1200 is just going to stay there. Anybody wants to topup their boost wallet LMK. I'll send the money and you transfer to me

Otherwise if you have myNEWS outlet nearby you can topup myNEWS credit using boost in myNEWS app and use it to pay tnb

Currently my balance is RM1.47 and tried to pay a bill amounting to RM 8.48, it say balance insufficient. Need to to top up RM 20 first before can use the epajana RM50?

Why Boost need to be so pandai!!! Why cant they just credit the RM50 to main wallet.

Hey guys, any here experienced any fraud cases in Boost app? Im helping my sister in law to ask here.

Her debit card were charged almost RM2000 early of the year without her acknowledgment. After check with bank, these transactions were charged into several different transactions to boost app(not her boost app acc) in a same period of time.

After complained to both boost and bank back and forth for almost half year now, the bank finally reverted and saying that merchant(boost) refused to refund as these transactions were traded successfully under the normal circumstances where OTP involved but my sister in law didn’t even aware at all even when the transaction gone thru successfully.

So the bank is asking her to liaise with boost if she insist to ask for a refund. Ofcause she will fight for it because those are her hard earn money lol. Right now, she’s waiting boost reply.

My questions is does anyone had any experience on this or is there any other ways/platform to fight back for the refund as bank and boost seems to keep pushing the responsibility to each other...
