I read few thread back, whereas people top up to Opus Touch using boost but no coins was credited into account.

Did report to CS works?

This happened to me this morning.

Purchase a mobile credit top up. Where the first one and there was a error message popped up, so I thought it didn’t went through, so I proceed with another purchase. Manatau both of the transactions went to. Email to boost CS sane automated reply I got from both email and fb CS.

i think we are too used to boost giving coinsback while other e-wallets don't (although sometimes they roll out cashback once in a while, but too rare)
