I just made a payment to Indah Water using Boost.
Soon after the deduction, the website returned an error message citing "Payment Unsuccessful".
But then, I still received email from e-ghl saying the bill payment has been authorized and confirmed.
So, actually the payment is successful or not?
Anyone face this situation before?
*
you didnt mention your boost account got deduction or not?

payment flow is like this: end-users >> IWK >> eGHL >> Boost

once payment is done, the response back is as such: end-users << IWK << eGHL << Boost

you received notification from eGHL because it didnt get any error from Boost, hence they notify you of "authorized and confirmed" message. I assume your Boost actually got deduction too.

now, eGHL will respond back to IWK that payment successful too.

However, since you received "Payment Unsuccessful" message on IWK page, very likely that IWK's payment page somehow "timeout" earlier than it gotten response from eGHL --- few reasons for this to happen: 1) eGHL took longer time to respond back to IWK, 2) IWK unable to process due to heavy traffic/connectivity/system error (unable to grab or process the respond from eGHL)

if designed and integrated properly, IWK page should be able to auto-requery back from eGHL to check the status again (to handle timeout issue)

if it doesnt, then it gets stucked: IWK failed, but successful deduction.

so, just wait for few hours or tomorrow. Then file dispute to IWK, which they will manually check the payment status from eGHL side. If verified, IWK would honor the transaction. Else, IWK would trigger REFUND from eGHL >> Boost >> fund restored to your Boost account.

1. go to bills and payment
2. click pencil
3. Manage Account > swipe left at one of the provider > select Remove
4. It shows "Sorry, you need to delete your individual accounts before you can delete this provider"

So, before i can delete provider, where to delete the individual accounts?
*
i already said. delete the the accounts first, then only can remove the provider.
