Made 99 redemptions and none reflected yet.

Contacted boost 5 times and just did for the 6th time. They are giving tonnes of excuses and purely incompetent.
1. Not yet 14 days
2. Not yet 14 working days
3. Will check and get back in 3 working days
4. Assume problem resolved and ask to contact if it persist
5. Same day replied say: Redemption not found - mindF reading this.
6. The delay is on BonusLink side. So emailed BL side and gotten reply they received numerous complaints due to Boost side. They can’t do much cause unless Boost send them the excel file.

Really speechless with the way they tai chi the issues.

The points were the last thing I wanted. I was aiming for their items for few months and each time I’m short of few hundred, the item got removed the following month. The last one was the air filter which seems good then it got removed too. So might as well go and buy it myself since the items I wanted keeps getting removed.

Wanna redeem all of it but the option disappeared after that so still have quite some points left expiring June 22

Good news is the points are credited... according to the BL Cs. Surprised that they actually called for an update since last email over a week ago.

Bad news is... it is not reflected online yet but cs said can make redemptions already as merchant can see the correct points reflected.

And Boost didn’t reply at all after all the excuses.
Luckily they didn’t make me to go redeem everything all over again. Don’t jinx it. LOL!

Previously I always converted coins to cash whenever I can until it was taken off and coins started to accumulate and luckily came the coin>BL conversion. Too bad only managed to change ~60%.
Coin>Cash conversion rate was never better than the coin>BL rate, best was like 135 coins to rm1 (2700->rm20), IIRC.
1000 Coin> 950 BL rate was like 105 coins to rm1 and could be lower when there is BL discounted conversion.
Too bad Boost realised that and quickly adjusted the rate and now coin>BL is more like 166 coins to rm1.

any one facing issues to add money via hsbc card..
i tried, then failed, so i delete and add back the card

but while adding it, the system never prompt me to the screen for request/ key in OTP, then direct to failed.
asked CS, say all kind of security reason, and ask me to answer a series of question, where they have in the app and copy of credit card...yet till now, this is not resolved.

surprise to see such mission impossible.
to achieve this, you have to spend all 4999 each month, get a 100% 8times of coin on each transaction, then for a period of 12 month before the expiry, then you can get a 479,900 point to redeem this.
