I have the same issue, i requested cs to close my basic acc and trf back my balance to bank acc (RM1,000) with RM2 charge.
then i apply another basic acc with a new number

1st day can straight to lvl 4: 20 + RM1k

the reward pool for high transactions is very low as compared to small transactions.

I have 2 accounts. 1 basic and 1 premium. Both under my name. I am able to topup the basic but not the premium.

after some email exchanges i said cannot use cc i dont want to continue business relationship with your party already. kindly terminate my acct and delete unneeded information from your system. i memang dont want use dy but cs said can recreate new acct after that. i reregistered a day after termination and can use cc and upgraded to premium wallet to send money.
