How does the shell cashback shown in boost app? I pumped on 30 May, till today didn't see any cashback on my transaction.

How to remove my boost account from my device ?? I had reset my phone but still not able to remove the boost from my device . Anyone can help ?

I havent tried, but theoretically should be able to, right. Its similar to cash, where we go to the pump counter and mention, full tank and then come back to counter to pay.

then not much people will use boost because like you mentioned, there is a lot more other options with similar features. people are using boost now because what boost is unique and what it has now, the other e-wallet dont have.

I do not think so,. is the upgrade is hardware and infra upgrade instead of upgrade to have more function.

it's just a way of covering their asses

it's a lot more easier to blame it on the bugs

chances are something serious happened during the upgrade process, probably a failed restore, and need another 6 hours to fix it

come to see their schedule, 12am to 2pm, 14 hours... 6 hours max to backup the old DB, 6 hours max to restore to the new DB, 2 hours allowance
so probably one of the process went wrong badly, DB restore failed maybe, and need another 6 hours to restore it

or maybe the engineer spilled their teh tarik tapau ikat tepi on the server causing short circuits?

Maybe they change server as users getting more and more.
