Received the cb but gift card issues not resolved yet

I hope PrestoMall will solve the issue soon. I need the Presto Credits to shop for products. 

Prestomall want to void is OK, make sure refund Boost credit and don't pull back the cb

Was reading the 12.12 campaign tnc spend rm100 get rm12. The campaign is not first come first serve basis right, as i dont see any capped imposed by boost

Both of my prestomall gift cards bought via boost has changed and I am able to redeem it

true, i inserted it in 'My Credit' -> 'Credit gift card recharge' failed. truncate the code into 11 characters also failed.

is it key in here? this is my first time to buy presto gift card. anyone can guide me?

Edit: i download a different app 'Presto', and then link 'Prestomall' with my 'Presto' app, now i can redeem it. but still dunno how to use it.

I carelessly bought the rm50 Grab-Presto gift card n PAID by Boost and the gift card expired yesterday 31Dec. Shouldn't the deal be disallowed when one choose the wrong payment method? Already emailed  Presto n see what is d outcome.

don't care about the old information hidden inside the BoostUp, only refer to the 20 txn and RM1k for lvl 4 and will maintain up to 6 months once u reach the lvl

Anyone successfully redeem CashUp earning? My Lazada cashback already reached 75 days yesterday but the cashback is still in pending state and not yet redeemable.
