abit confused 28% cb cny boost promo need to pay using Boost or can use any payment method?

Yeah just saw fine print under the word cashback lol...all other words big big but "pay with boost" so small.

Next question is 28% up to RM20 is per transaction or RM20 is the max amount can claim per Boost account?

Careful when using dupe to buy e-voucher because once account suspended u will not able to use the voucher.
They will not refund for the bought e-voucher, so the only way is to dispute with bank (if using CC) or KPDNHEP.

How to verify there are 3 ppl in the house? U can use different phone with different number but still does not verify 3 real ppl staying there.
So the only way to verify is thru validating IC, are u willing to do that?

Anyway they (the platform) can choose to suspend detected dupe as they wish, by mean of any way eg. same address, same IP (perhaps?), same IMEI (obvious dupe using same hp), etc etc...
U can always argue to fight with them but its their choice to unban or not, u can complaint but not really any use because there are no rules stating any business must sell to u.

Me too...bought 1 presto gift cards and some Petronas vouchers can use during CNY

3 times per Boost account.
Nobody knows whether still can get cashback or not as Boost DOES NOT indicate "fully redeemed" or not.

So u have to take risk. I bought Petronas vouchers last night around 11.50PM since i still need to pump petrol regardless cash back or not.

Perhaps not everyone buys those items.
