Anyone encounter not able to utilize lvl5 welcome pack voucher that RM15 rebate by minimum spending RM40? I pump RM40 petrol at Shell this morning but not deduct from wallet

Is anyone of you have problem to reload Boost wallet? I tried to reload by using SC LFC and SC JO card but both also fail. After key in OTP, it take some time to process then said transaction didn't go through...
