my brother on android redeem Rm 20 x 4 during Jan 2020...and now he still has thr Rm 20 shown to redeem but not enough coins

yes, i know using android can redeem Rm 20, but i am using ios, ios dont have Rm 20 to redeem.

already try uninstall and install 2 times and outcome still the same, i consider myself unlucky for not having the Rm 20 to redeem, wont want to waste my time reporting this to CS because they reply is so so so slow.

i redeem the Rm8 bundle from boost, after they minus Rm8 the my news produict and others didnt show the redemption code, any facing same issue ?
