Bill payment to SSPN on 1 Feb but till today still hasn’t appeared in my SSPN account, anyone has the same problem?

Coins to redeem mission seems getting better for me this time.
Only 100 coins for "RM200 pay bill mission to PTPTN". Cash reward is RM3.50.

Coins reward of 3x is very rare. Earned 1200 coins.

Hence, the return is:
RM 12 + RM 3.5 - RM 1 (coins value) = RM14.50.

Translate into 7.25% of cash reward.

Boost online day is only 1 day

I got my money stucked inside too, Boost get deduct but epay show successful in email but failed in epay website.
So not sure contact epay or boost now.

i find a good things that actually can buy mcash credit thru epay, and pay the bills with mcash. So already bypass the per day per account rules.

Why when I shake, I get 200 boost coins, then the next screen in shake rewards shows that No extra coins during shake.
I had experienced this few times but wasn't too sure until this time.
Have anyone experience this?

Anyway. Email epay with your reference for the failed transaction and they will check.

Can choose either re-effect the payment in 5 days time or refund to bank account which takes 5 days too.

To effect the same payment u need to follow up and check yourself.

Another scan and pay and suspect its my epay that didn't receive the cb. I read through their TnC and it doesn't mention scan and pay , no cb. So we still stand a chance to get cb if we write in to boost (pls do not mention about 'scan and pay' or 'sign in'. Just say that didn't receive cb, let boost come back to us with answers)

TESCO CASHBACK CAMPAIGN
19 December 2019 until 17 March 2020.

During the Campaign Period, Customers who spend a minimum of RM88 in a single transaction at any participating TESCO outlets and pay with Boost (“Transaction”) will be eligible to receive RM10 Cashback (“Cashback”).
Cashback is limited to the first 16,800 eligible Transactions per thirty (30) days cycle, starting from the first day of the Campaign Period.
Each eligible Customer may only receive a maximum of two (2) Cashbacks under this Campaign.
The Cashback will be credited into the Customer’s Boost account within three (3) working days from the date of the Transaction.
In addition to the Cashback, Customers who spend a minimum of RM88 in a single transaction at any participating TESCO outlets from 13 February 2020 until 29 February 2020 and pay with Boost (“Transaction”) will be eligible to receive one (1) RM8 TESCO e- voucher (“Voucher”), subject to the following:
The Voucher is limited to the first 25,000 Transactions made during the stipulated period.
Each eligible Customer is only entitled to one (1) Voucher.
The Voucher will be added into the Customer’s “My Shake Rewards” tab in the Boost app within three (3) working days from the date of the Transaction.
For clarity, if the Cashback limit in clause 2 and 3 above has been reached, the eligible Customer will only get the Voucher pursuant to this clause 5.
The Voucher shall be subject to TESCO’s terms and conditions which will be displayed in the Boost app voucher page.

I thought somebody reported can get cash back for epay? Am I wrong?

Boost support really blur. I don't think Boost TnC mentioned that offline cannot get  cb and how do we know whether epay is considered offline or not. Plus those that didn't do the scan and pay got cb through epay.
BTW, anybody got cb for yoodo payment for 8 feb boost online day?

TnC clearly mentions only for online merchant is correct. But I want their definition of the word “offline”.

I believe everyone want to know how they define epay as offline.
