Can I pay to the same TNB account via epay desktop using 3 different boost accounts and qualify for 20% cb?
Only thing is one transaction per day per account. So must pay on 3 diff days?
May be can open 3 epay accounts but pay to the same tnb account using 3 diff boost accounts?

I faced the same problem when I made a 2nd payment to the same tnb account using another epay & boost accounts. After that I dare not do the 3rd one. But have no problem with unifi when I make 3 diff epay+boost payment to d same unifi account.

I was told only 1 option which is to refund to boost account. Yours different!!!!
Cookie when u said to reeffect the payment, u meant to ask epay to resubmit the payment to TNB, so that we r still entitle for d rm8 cashback? That would be better than getting refund.

Another scan and pay and suspect its my epay that didn't receive the cb. I read through their TnC and it doesn't mention scan and pay , no cb. So we still stand a chance to get cb if we write in to boost (pls do not mention about 'scan and pay' or 'sign in'. Just say that didn't receive cb, let boost come back to us with answers)

I got the same problem yesterday adding LFC which I temp replaced with another. I just logout from boost, clear cache, on airplane mode then off it, login boost then add LFC again and manage to use it for the rm10 campaign.

The Voucher will be added into the Customer’s “My Shake Rewards” tab in the Boost app within three (3) working days from the date of the Transaction.
For clarity, if the Cashback limit in clause 2 and 3 above has been reached, the eligible Customer will only get the Voucher pursuant to this clause 5.
The Voucher shall be subject to TESCO’s terms and conditions which will be displayed in the Boost app voucher page.
