eventually i gave up on keep waiting for Beyond card SMS Tac.
just use other method to utilize those funds in Boost and zerolize my Boost acc till they find the fix for SMS Tac.

Coming from a beginner tng ewallet user, what makes you think staying in Boost ewallet interest you more than tng?

Free $1000 credit card reload. At this moment, zero risk of accidental selecting 1% con fee with PIN reloads.

although tng interface is better than Boost, but we still use Boost for free RM1000 cc reload per mth

But hate the reload, promoting own product, now i need swipe 2 time to reload
When tap Add money, first card is payflex, second boostbank, third only able to select amount

i don't really like the mandatory add card and pre auth RM4 before able to use it to reload.
(same as shopee & grab)
they shud hav done it like tng, optional to save card.

as i don't save any card in ewallet.
quite a hassle to add card and followed by reload and remove the card

Some update on unable to receive SMS TAC for Beyond card online trx.

Finally gotten Reply after days:
Hi there, kindly be informed that this is an intermittent issue and we would advise you to try to use another payment method. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused 🙏🏼 ^Huss

For how long do we need to "try to use another payment method"..?
Plus they didn't make any statement regarding this issues on their FB...

it takes almost 10 days for them just to reply our complaint email/ fb message.

not gonna figure how long they would take to fix the problem.

to my surprise,
following the fb message tell you use another payment option,
i reply asking them when this prob will be resolved.

another cs reply,

"Hi there, thanks for reaching out to us. Regarding your issue, kindly clarify if you have checked your Spam/Blocked contact list? Kindly ensure you did not block the shortcode SMS (Eg: 66688) ^Faz"


Seem some cs still think the prob originated from cust part blocking their sms tac.
Not Yet wake up is it??

ya.
now using this same template again when ask them when they will resolve this SMS tac prob doh.gif doh.gif

seem more like they don't even care on this prob.

cn see their fb comments grievances for more insight on how they operate whistling.gif whistling.gif

even Kiple managed to solve their SMS Tac prob within 1 day.

can you share the previous content of the OTP SMS?.... those OTP SMS prior to 1 Sep 2024


i suspect our telcos already actively blocking SMS content that contain contact number and links (url or email inclusive)

and Boost team ignorant/sleeping without knowing this effect hmm.gif
