Has anyone managed to cash out their BoostMyMoney? I did a 100% cash out on 6th April to bank account and until today it's under processing (it's supposed to be up to 4 working days). Tried sending an email to both their bmmsupport email (returned with message block email error) as well as their general boost customer service but no one reply me other than the automated ticket created email.

public holiday don't count. normally MMF/UT need a week of processing.
I just tested withdraw to boost wallet. It's instant

Anyone here applied and currently using Beyond Card? Is there any Annual Fees being charged for this card?

I checked the FAQ, Product sheets didn't mention anything about AF.

So far, only BigPay that didn't charge Annual Fees.

For Touch N Go, Enrich Money, MAE are charging people with RM8-RM10 annual fees.
I'm a bit cheapskate when it comes of this AF.

I have issue withdrawing. Keep showing "boostmymoney balance exceeded". Contacted CS but no reply from them.

No, I only put rm100 for testing. Then test to withdraw rm10  to boost wallet also failed.

can u view your transaction? it need not say processing & has assigned unit

Yes, the money still stuck at "processing" for long time already. I thought money already in since the total deposit show rm100?
May I know how does the the assigned unit looks like?

click on total value, it will show more detail including unit. the unit is almost identical with money that you put in(lesser a bit). reminder is dont deposit on weekend or after 6pm. faster processing is working day, morning. else processing took longer and do next day.
so far no issue on deposit and withdraw

Bro.. just wondering.. did you deposit boostmymoney prior to product launch or after?  If prior to product launch, the money has already been refunded but the amount status still stuck in processing.

Later on when it was launched, i deposited the same 500 bucks.. but my account shows i deposited 1000 but unit purchased is equivalent to the 500 only.
