So far no problem for me with UniFi bills. I just register my bill in Boost. Only 1 thing to enter correctly which is UniFi account number.

1. Pay with Boost.
2. Pending notification.
3. 10-20 mins later. Success notification and Shake Reward.
4. A few hours later, SMS from UniFi acknowledging payment amount. Seems to me SMS comes faster during office hours.

you should complaint to Ombudsman for Financial Services (OFS) .... they are mandated to resolve disputes between financial consumers and financial service providers (FSPs).

complaining to BNM wont resolves it ... it's just escalation to BNM, then BNM pressure ewallet issuer to resolve quicker

Is it at all possible to delete an account ?
I changed phone number. The old one expired and was terminated after the grace period.
Contacted CS they say cannot delete account
What to do ? Scared the number recycled and the new owner reset password using OTP and get my personal info / abuse it in some way
