I spent on 21 Dec 3:47AM and didn't receive any surprise shake the next day (22 dec).
Anyone here perform transaction on 21 Dec which is later than this but still get surprise shake rewards?

No lah. As usual a lot of things got reset for new year/month.

The main problem is Boost begin the campaign on 1st day of the month, not as usual on 8th of the month.
