Anyone on a Digi prepaid number. Can you all receive OTP from Boost for Password Reset?

My wife tried, no OTP. I also tried on mine, no OTP received.

We're both on Prepaid Monthly Plan 28. We recently, about 6 weeks ago, ported in from Maxis.

OTPs from banks are OK.
OTP from Prestomall Buddies credit redemption also cannot.

My son is able to receive Boost Reset Password OTP SMS on his DiGi Prepaid Live number.

Dunno what happened to my Boost app. Since a few days ago, it's been slow as molasses. For example, going to the Wallet page and back results in it taking a minute or so to refresh the balance.

Deleting the app and reinstalling solved the problem.

Not sure if it's changed but last time I asked Boost support, they said that if you have a new phone number, you have to create a new account. Cannot change the number for your existing account.

The last 5-10 times, can't remember exactly, reloading from CC to Boost, I've received the unsuccessful message while the reload goes through OK.

Prepaid topup have not done recently.

I was Premium a long time ago and only realise last week that I was Unverified Premium, did the verification and got the RM5 cashback 2 days later.
