yesterday bought 1 item from merchant A at rm112 get rm40 cb voucher,
then use it to buy rm145 item from merchant B thus paying 145-40=105 n got another 40 cb,
then use it to buy rm165 item from Merchant A thus paying 165-40=rm125 n got another rm40 voucher.
Will use this last rm40 voucher for a rm40+ item.
All 3 times I used the "login with Boost mobile# n password method" for payment.

Some merchants even on the list also not getting the rewards...from what I know, caring and EYS has people reporting not getting the rewards

fortunately, mine was Caring and they agreed to refund me without any hassle. This is the second time I got hit by Boots ingenuity going with multiple wallets. And I've saved both PDFs for further disputes, in case they upload a new copy with different merchants.

You don't know why? I'll tell you why. They got creative in forfeiting some cashback or make you spend more by making more and more sub-wallets. Not properly tested, causing problem to both buyer and seller. Imagine everyone did what I did requesting to cancel orders. unnecessary overhead for them merchants.
