i'm not surprised if boost drops even faster and further outside top 3 by end of the year, judging from its crappy customer service, promotion ( boost always can't keep promise ) n app performance

only if you are at the highest level 4
to maintain at level 4, u need to spend a lot every month
for those paying sspn, it's ok to maintain at level 4 every month. but for the rest, spend within your means. not worth to chase for the coins and level

out of the most recent 7 transactions since 1/11, only 3 transactions are given shake reward coins. the new system is very bad actually. level 2 anyway

as mentioned, 4 of out my recent 7 transactions received 0 shake reward coin. i shaked immediately. latest version of boost app using ios though.... so the 0 shake coin has nothing to do with phones

purchased a favedeal and received 0 shake reward coin again

boost has rephrased the wording for 0 shake from the previous “reward for paying with boost - 0” to now “no extra coins during shake - 0”

i spent 12 times since 1/11 but 6 times didnt receive shake reward ( 0 shake reward), no matter i shaked immediately or shaked 5 mins later. i will only use boost if there is special promo

boost will not give back missing shake reward. they replied that it is possible to get 0 shake reward coin.

i will minimise using boost, unless there is special promo.

boost only benefits level 4 users

out of my 14 transactions since 1 Nov, 7 transactions were given 0 shake reward coin.

boost is cheating users by “ showing ” shake reward coin amount when users shake n give users much hope, but actually many times shake reward is ZERO in the shake reward history. in fact, if no shake reward is given, boost must show ZERO when users shake their phone.

u are at level 4, of course the multiplier is good if shake reward is not Zero.

i just wonder, lower level has higher chance of getting Zero shake reward coin ? half of my transactions received 0 shake reward, which is so ridiculous

it isn’t bug. that means u get zero shake reward. boost purposely designs the system like this, despite receiving numerous complaints from users

the one u shake is not the final one. actual shake reward is shown in the shake reward history only. enjoy 0 shake by boost smile.gif
