I have just upgraded to premium. Here’s the thing I have a balance of rm24.10 and I just added rm1500. However my balance is still rm24.10 and I’m not able to make any transaction more than rm24.10 🤔
My balance is now rm24.10/rm1500.
What’s going on ya?

So what should I do ?

To be fair, assuming you paid 400 in the old boost, you might only get rm 1 or 2 in Shake rewards. With this new system, you get 800 points for spending rm 400. The 800 points is almost equivalent to Rm 8 in rewards. What more do you want even if you get 0 in the shake rewards as you already get 2x points? Still complaining

I'm worried because of boost email receipt received incomplete.
Those big amount transaction on 1-Nov SSPN yet to receive boost receipt via email.
That's why im worried. Wait all reflect on E-SSPN only perform second batch.

I have same issue when I top up sspn via boost at 1st Nov, until today still yet reflect in my SSPN statement.

Previously (before 1st nov) I did transactions at Friday, it reflect the amount in SSPN srtatement on monday.

i think this thread will be meaningless with all the shake coins results shared...
those shake coins are random and what we can say is now Boost has a more accurate calculation to make their losses to the minimum by giving big shake for lucky spender
it also doesn't really matter what level we are in, all calculate by their system...
