You should be OK if the bank not involved. I don't think Boost will chase you much. Last time their Mission Claim Rewards button got stuck, click until finger sore. That time wallet max is RM1500. More than 6 months already, no sound from them yet.

Seriously think BOOST is still sleeping. I emailed them to check those missing trx especially early this month one. One CS asked me to check with bank, now another one asked me to wait (already 3 weeks) for bank to reflect in my statement.

Need your feedback on the below.

I top up my boost wallet via Maybank2u yesterday, however the amount is not credited into my boost wallet. but there is a deduction in my Maybank account.

Trying to reach out to Boost Supports.. They are real pain in the ass. Its almost 24 hours now, so far only one reply asking to signoff and sign in which doesn't help.

I did called Maybank CS , they told me to reach out to Boost.

I already provide Boost Support with my Maybank transaction ID and some screenshots, still not response.

Anyone experience this before ? I believe they don't have phone support.
