I faced this problem before. Because I withdrawed to bank account that doesn't match my name, Boost hold the withdrawal. My wallet has been reloaded full RM1500 by that time

You have to spend or withdraw the wallet to become RM 0 first before Boost can refund to you. They are not flexible in their policy

I don think u can get refund if ur wallet limit hit above 1500, so u better keep it below 100 wallet balance for the refund to kick in

I rmb there was once I transfer out to bank, the money is not credited to my bank acc, when I check with boost, they inform that there is some system issue (I think many of us kena) and the fund transfer get reversed back to wallet.. for my case, bcoz I transfer 1498, but my wallet got balance of 200, they can’t do the reversal, n my money stuck at boost n they have to do manual transfer for me..

My one is not refund, I’m transferring / cash out to bank, they do manual transfer after I check with them y took so long for cash out..

Ur case if refund, is depend on ur merchant on the refund process.. what kind of refund u expecting?

You obviously won't get it. After you release some money from the wallet, will BOOST try to credit in again or sayonara?

anyone encounter issue when withdrawal due to mis information provided? and how long does it refunded to your boost account?

Anyone face the problem above with BOOST ? How do I get the money back ? Will it auto return back to Boost account ? If yes, it will take how many days. Another problem is I do it for continue 2 days with RM1500x2, Boost account only able hold for RM1500 max, how ?

Max amount to cash-out is RM1498, but it will cause your Boost Balance = RM0.00, not really safe for long-term users.
Why not using other CC such as SC JOP/Liverpool MC, HLB Wise to top up RM3xx, then cash-out RM1497 as the charge is already fixed at RM2.
