Happen to me 3 times so far. Total lost 60. Already report to merchant which is prestomall n boost. Boost ask to ask prestomall. Prestomall ask to ask boost because dint receive payment to process refund.after back n forth Boost said will refund in 14 w day. Refund mo where to be seen. At the end money burm.
My advise dont raise ticket in the app it will disappear by the time. Email Is the best choice or fb messengger. If u scroll back many forumer experience payment fail but money deducted. Like at taubau kk mart,. Some say auto refund. My case money burn. I
