to be confirm or maybe my boost account problem .

bp no longer can use to top up boost ?? try few times , after add the card then not able to proceed top up , just hang and no error message .

Dear boost .

This is my very first time paying car park using boost , however , I didn't receive 100% cashback as per promise from advertising .

What is the reason ? Need to email customer service ?
