u cant pay extra for indah water. u can only pay the exact number as it will come out a fixed qr for you to scan after u finish all the bill details. the QR only allow you to pay a fixed amount

yeah, you are absolutley right. i cant top up tng card at watson and kk mart. my guess would be that topping tng card already incur some cost (MDR) to the merchant. so they wont accept cashless payment that will also icnur minor MDR at the future .
