Just want to ask, is payment for Unifi bill using Boost does not updated instantly on the Unifi Care Portal / myunifi apps?

Coz like Astro and Celcom, once i do payment via boost, i refresh on each of the portal, the payment instantly updated

Not that this is related with Boost, but apparently you can pay your bills using Shopee Apps now.

See below image for what you can pay bills to:



All this time, I'm paying all my bill using Boost due to it's Shake Rewards.
But now using Shopee, even better because

(1) You can use your coins
(2) You receive cashback too but via Coins

Just tried to pay my Astro bill just now. I pay RM30 and use 800 of my coins, so total amoaunt paid is only RM22. RM8 saved there and managed to receive 90 coins (RM0.90) cashback.
And to my surprise, it was updated instantly to the Astro Portal.


This is a new competitor to Boost, not to mention Bigpay also enabled the Bank Transfer with only RM0.50 fee instead of Boost RM2.
So 2 major punch to Boost in a week.

Wait, just to be clear, so there will be no more Cashback Reward after this?

Even if i pay thousand ringgit for transaction, all i get is Coins?

Do any of you having delay for the Transfer out to Bank?
I did my transfer on Friday 17/1/2020 7:30AM (This is after I already finished my RM30 e-tunai).

But up until now, still nothing coming in...

Same. I've been following up with them for the past 2 days. My ticket still open and no response yet from them/


What bank you transfer out to and what's the amount?

Yup. Now still dont have.
What bank are you transferring to? CIMB? HSBC?
Coz mine is Maybank.

Almost 5 working days.

1. Click on that pencil thing on top right inside the Bills and Payment.

2. Remove the bills that you want to delete by swiping left on that particular bill

I want to reach Level 4, but i laways failed at the number of transactions. The total amount of transactions i can reach, but the total number of transactions i failed miserably

is there any seller out here that have boost qr that i can pay?
For example if i pay RM0.10 to the merchant and do it 20 times, will the number of transactions that i did become 20?

would be glad if you could share me any seller with boost qr code

Hi guys. I'm claiming EPenjana through boost and i can see my claim is successful because the spending tracker appeared when i click the epenjana link

But the weird thing is that the RM50 is still not being added to my balance.

Do anyone else face this too?

Edit 1: welp, just notice that the RM50 is awarded as voucher that's why the balance still same

My main balance i left only RM2.00
And then i proceed with bill payment, I input amount RM50 (Which exceed my wallet amount), Boost then triggered "Do you want to use your epenjana voucher RM50?"
At that time only i realize ohhhh it work this way then, then i directly proceed with the payment. Didnt manage to screenshot it all.

Shopee RM10 voucher is one of the good voucher that can be utilized. But currently also finished........

I've made payment to my PTPTN using Boost around 7PM, 24 December 2020.


But until today, 8AM, 29 December 2020, looks like my PTPTPN statement has not being updated yet.

Does anybody know how many working days usually will it take for it to reflect in the statement?
