I already registered mySejahtera a few months back on another phone.
So, I guess they already got my details?
Coz I use Boost and claimed Penjana on phone A (while mySejahtera is on phone B).

Last year their replies was still quite speedy (i prefer support via FB Messenger). Daily follow-up on case.
