CS of boost to busy response to tons of inquiries that sometimes doesn't make sense...haha... people like everything also lodge a report to CS for an answer.

Amex + Boost going viral here now. haha...

now CS of boost has more questions to answer....

I tot its Boost that decide to use mbb amex service, not mbb that allow access to boost??

1st it freeze on the reload page with the boost love shape
2nd try went through.

ya...if you have previously added 1 cc to more than 1 bp account/ 1bp card to many boost acc, it will fail to reload. try remove all and try add back again to only 1 acc to reload. They now put all the restriction on the reload thgs as added security after 1 boost user account being hacked and has gone viral in social media.

Dont do that, and cant do that anymore, boost will remove all cc and put account as suspicious activities.

By the time you try 3x 4x times, boost already categorize it as suspicious activities on your account and remove all your cc and you will be unable to reload again..

all doing repeating transaction in a short time..mayb within minutes?

all got cards removed. not sure whether able to add back the card after that, or they will block the card. any1 know can share.

FYI, logout & re-login boost will also remove all card info.

better don use the word abuse. haha

Does not mention about reloading bp and boost.

Usually amex spend on weekend, all spending I get the cb so far.

of coz not expecting them to name out boost or bp. what i mean is they do not mention any regarding ewallet thgs under their RM50 cb term..

just log out and login the app. all cc will be removed.

Reloading with Amex, got the 5x points. Please do not abuse it.

Try reloading RM50 with Amex yesterday. Today got 250pts.

P.s card no transactions for the past week except yesterday.

I would say dont push to limit. We all like the rewards ma...

if everyone push it to limit, the benefit will end soon. If do it moderately, the benefit last longer.

But I think this cant happen to human...we all greedy. So...just to it! lol

Long gone for 400pt = RM1 lo...

but ..if u use tp to offset your SST, it still worth RM1 = 400pt though..

I think this is one of their steps to prevent abuse as well....

u know.. repeated reload... shake rewards things.
