Does buying from speedmart 99 considered for the mission for buying grocery for someone in need? Lol
*
Yes, it does. I just happened to try activating it before I shopped at 99 Speedmart earlier, and mission was completed and I got my 5 coins.

Spent above RM50 using Boost at Watsons today, looking forward to the RM5 cashback. 😄
Checked the tnc, it mentioned the cashback will be reflected within 3 working days.

Spent RM161.35 on Zalora and got RM2 shake reward. The scan and pay mission RM160 is completed but not the weekend mission. So, this purchase is not counted for the weekend mission?

I see.... that's why. The mission was completed when I did my next purchase.

QUOTE(ronnie @ May 26 2019, 10:45 PM)

Mission will be completed in the following order :-
1. The mission with highest reward
2. Mission which expires first (for reward which is the same)
3. Mission which was activated first (for those same expiry date)
*
Weekend mission has the highest reward...... S10!!! Hahaha....... 🤣🤣🤣

Anyway, all are good now. Still manage to submit an entry. 🤞

Did anyone used Boost at Paradigm Mall? Am wondering if the RM10 cashback when spend RM100 will be automatically credited into my Boost account?
*
I spent at Paradigm Mall last week and got my RM10 cashback. Once you spend RM100, go to the information counter, and show your receipt and transaction history on your Boost app to the Boost staff there. He/She will key in the redemption code into your Boost app and the RM10 will be credited into your account instantly. One user can get the cashback two times during the promo period.

Just pump min RM40 at shell and automatically the cashback will be credited into your account within 3 days. One user gets two times cashback.

You can perhaps stack it with Lazada Wallet? I've been using Lazada Wallet to pay for everything as it always gives you a 5% cashback if you use their wallet.
*
QUOTE(se800i @ May 29 2019, 07:28 AM)
Lazada wallet giving 5% cash back? How is the function for it?
Same like boost put Money inside and use?
*
Yes, I always use shopback and lazada wallet to get cashbacks and rebates.

For new lazada wallet users, you can get 15% rebate if you add your Mastercard and top up on Tuesdays. After that, it's 5% on every Tuesday. Other days it depends on the category of the products, just like mentioned by others. Now they also have instant rebate of 8% for new user.

The good thing about lazada wallet is that I can just select to pay for the items using lazada wallet and if wallet has insufficient amount, I'll be prompted to top up the exact amount. No need to leave any balance in the wallet.

what is the date and exact title for the email? been listing all the emails from Boost in May can't find any related campaign for the RM3 cashback.
*
I received mine on 22/5. Title is "Time to JOIN the Mother of All Shakes! 🤯"

Got another email today with the title "Another Super Exclusive For You! Time to Get SHAKIN (((((🤪)))))"

So I'm supposed to scan and pay RM38.22 to get cash back RM3.82.

Damn, I just realized that my top up complete the lower reward RM30 instead of RM100. I even click add money from the rm100 mission. This is rubbish.
*
I am assuming you meant the deposit RM30 and deposit RM100 mission right? Next time just activate one or give up the other one before you top up. The deposit money mission is free anyway, won't incur any mission coins.

But if you meant topping up mobile prepaid, then unless you top up RM100, if not it will always complete whichever mission that fulfills the condition first.

Saw one place just now that had the spend minimum rm150 and get rm15 cashback. So I used Boost to pay, only got RM1.50?

Cashback is usually credited into your account within 3 working days. RM1.50 is the shake reward, not the promo cashback.

KFC got self ordering machine already? By using that machine also can use boost to perform payment?
Then later on withdraw out? I just wondering what is the process to withdraw money from sspn-i ??
*
QUOTE(xperiaDROID @ Jun 10 2019, 11:04 AM)
KFC Pavilion has it already, others should follow suit soon.

The kiosk supports variety of e wallets, eg: Boost, TnG, Wechat Pay, Maybank QRPay...
Even if you withdraw the money out, it would be floating for couple of days, it's riskier (during the maintenance) than keeping it in your Boost Wallet.

Just my thoughts though.
*
QUOTE(se800i @ Jun 10 2019, 11:07 AM)
let me go check out at Avenue K KFC first.

so it is better not to withdraw money out right?

I dont understand why some people said want to withdraw money out before their maintenance?
*
KFC paradigm mall has the self-service kiosk too.

Saw some discussion in the credit card general questions.. thread about pump full tank but cannot use credit card to pay or something.

Just to share, not sure is workable or not,
In the shell station jln pandungan (near hongkong bank), kuching sarawak that i went, when i was about to pay by boost in the counter, i heard a customer talk to the counter staff, 'full tank, boost pay later' or something like that and off the customer went to pump. So does this work or not i not sure. smile.gif
*
QUOTE(VeeJay @ Jun 10 2019, 10:30 PM)
I havent tried, but theoretically should be able to, right. Its similar to cash, where we go to the pump counter and mention, full tank and then come back to counter to pay.

Will give a shot, later in the week...lets see biggrin.gif
*
Shell Kesas staff told me that for full tank, just pass RM100 at the counter, go pump full tank, then go back to the counter to pay by boost and collect back RM100. But I guess, if you are a regular customer and they know you, some stations may just let you pump without any deposit. But I usually like to pump exact amount, and the Shell Kesas staff will always remind me to make sure that my tank can take up that amount as no refund will be given if the tank is full. Very patient guy, he has been reminding me the same thing every single time. 😂

I went to KK to purchase things which cost RM6.45. Scanned boost QR first time, but it wasn't captured at merchant's terminal, and my balance is still intact, no deduction. Cashier said line problem and asked to scan again. 2nd time scanned, receipt is printed immediately and balance is deducted RM6.45. But a minute later, another RM6.45 is deducted from my balance. No shake reward is given at all. Haih.....got to write in to Boost to get the charges reversed.

Anyone here using Unionpay card by any chance? Can it be linked with Boost?

Planning to jump ship from Bigpay to GoPayz in the future, since GoPayz also provides Unionpay and JCB alongisde Visa and Mastercard.
*
I'm using PB Union Pay card. Nope, it can't be linked with Boost. It can't even be used with WeChat Pay. 😅

Guess have to wait for it to be supported I guess, if Unionpay isn't supported, then JCB is even hopeless.

If only Boost is like Grabpay, supports all the mainstream cards, it will be great.

Btw this is gonna be an off topic question, does the Unionpay wave feature (I believe it's called QuickPass) work here if the merchant accepts Unionpay? Let's just say you're in McD and you wanna pay by wave, would it work as how it works for Visa Paywave and Mastercard Paypass?
*
I haven't tried using the card before. 😜 Had the card only this year. Main purpose is for China use. In addition, the interest rate for this savings account is higher than normal savings account.

Guys, last week I went to kfc and wanted to pay using Boost but the cashier kept trying to scan until timed out and still failed. So I paid using cash. But today I noticed that the amount was deducted from my e-wallet. Anyone faced this issue before? Can get refund?
*
My experience was double charged at KK, first time failed, second time went through, but minutes later, I got charged another time. Wrote in to Boost and provided proof of receipt and transaction page. Only got my refund after 3 weeks.

You have to write in to customer service. But the transaction was made last week, I guess you don't have the receipt? Definitely easier if there is receipt. Still, you have to try.
