First time redeem shopee voucher using coins. How long does it them to provide the code? Coins already deducted but nothing can be seen under "vouchers"

That is not the easiest way, easiest way is just call the bank say the chip got something wrong, cannot defect when I try to pump petrol. They will issue free card replacement.
