I've been making this request in so many different forms, and the Boost CS team just keep replying can't be done and explain "1 NRIC 1 premium wallet only", which doesn't really address my request. If they just said their system doesn't support it yet then I would have been fine.

That is not the easiest way, easiest way is just call the bank say the chip got something wrong, cannot defect when I try to pump petrol. They will issue free card replacement.

I've read around in here and I found out that for now, we can't have 2 Boost accounts as premium under 1 NRIC.
As previously on earlier Boost days, Boost only allowed Celcom no. to be on Boost hence my wife is using my Celcom registered line (which she is using too) but on my NRIC. The issue here now is that her Boost account can't be verify as Premium account.

If so, how am I able to delete the account entirely and start fresh ?
As I checked in Boost, we can only change name, nickname but not NRIC.

Any idea?

What if a person discontinue a old mobile# he can't use his new number on the old Boost acc, probably he need to create a new Boost acc right? Would Boost allows that?
