I redeemed rm30 vouchers on 30.3 and tried to use it at shell station just now. Showed the QR code to cashier for her to scan but seems like not working. She tried to key in the code instead and after some time a message saying invalid code popped up. She tried twice and told me cannot. She showed me that others had redeem vouchers before but mine cannot. So in the end I cannot redeem anything with the vouchers. Anyone has redeemed any bonus link voucher at shell station before?

My BL card still show nothing today.

Just realized boost doesn't have a support number to call...or maybe just can't find it in the app. Anyone knows what their number is? Or do they just hide behind their emails and give generic responses?
