I assume it might not be a system bug. That is how the 'credit card limit' post by cybpsych in post#28863, will come into picture in the next few patch/version. To separate the credit card balance and fpx/online banking/Debit card balance.
You can try topup using credit card first then perform fpx next to pay SSPN-i (No harm trying below this).

or

You can topup using credit card first then transfer to other Boost account then perform fpx next to start paying SSPN-i (Since already verified).

The transferred fund is allow to use in Oxxx payment.
