Failing to reload $$$ sometimes relate to their internal server error.
you may try again sometime or try 2nd card to validate if really an issue.
Remove and re-add back SAME card, from my experience, need to perform in small gap of time. Eg. Add on next day.
I think their server do not instantly update their record after u removed your card from apps
They may think u try to add same card that already existed in their database (not sync). Just my thought.
