Check if it's the same channel.
If it's different, it won't turn off usage notification.

I had the same issue too and managed to get base + shake coin back.
You have to provide the screenshot of your transaction, and the same for coin statement.
Make sure it clearly indicates that you are not receiving even Base coin.
Attach these info in ticket.

Expect wasting few days for them telling you shake coins is random blah blah... before some real person really look into your issue.

After major update, if you look closely, during initialization it needs to reload apps.
During the reload, although it restores app data, it will still consider as installed to new device as environment is different already (despite same IMEI).
