Yesterday I posted that i receive pop up when open Boost that says i’m using ‘emulator’, which I’m not.
Just now I went out for dinner with some uni friends, and when it’s about to pay, i ask someone else (as the kedai only accept cash/boost) and I said my boost stupid got this ‘emulator’ apps. Apparently, one of my friend also has the same error in the past. He was saying it was due to if u install something like bluestacks or paralelspace, then high chance to have this error (he was some dude into gadget stuff) And yes, I do have bluestacks installed on my computer, which i link the bluestacks to the same email address i use on the phone. Hence, that’s why Boost can detect? Im not sure how true this is, but it sounds legit, as my phone is actually clean, and only on laptop i install bluestacks Edit: just unlink my bluestacks from my gmail. Why Bank Negara Malaysia so cacat?
I made a complaint about Boost via https://telelink.bnm.gov.my/ last week. Received a follow up email from 'BNM Telelink' saying 'we noted you have lodge a complaint with the FSP and noted that you are still not satisfied with the reply, hence we advice you to lodge a complaint to BNM'. This is why I lodge my complaint via the eLINK in the first place? So I replied their email on Wednesday asking what she means, then she replied again today 'Please lodge you complaint directly to Bank Negara Malaysia' refer to this link https://www.bnm.gov.my/index.php?lang=en&ch...mplaint_redress Headache ah like this, complaint to BNM, then BNM ask me to issue complaint directly to BNM. |
