May I know what is E pay that you guys mentioned?

My payment always stuck at QR code page, it will turn to successful even I’ve receive email from e-pay for successful payment.. n I notice if the page didn’t turn back to successful page, I won’t get any bonuslink point / Big points, anyone have the same experience?

If I use tap and pay, it will shown successful page with receipt details.. but I won’t be able to complete my scan and pay mission if I use tap and pay..

U mean ur screen straight away shown successful at QR page once u paid via boost?

Me too cant see the Bonuslink point since first deposit on 7.Feb using the Bonuslink link...
Other than that all work fine.

yesterday scan and pay rm41 but get 0%.. not sure why.

based on mh experience, it will take a month before points from e pay credited into bonus link account.

Did you E-pay performed by sign in or Scan & Pay?
Mine done by Scan & Pay, no sign of getting CB even though transaction time earlier than yours..

I performed using scan and pay on 8 Feb 2020 1:46pm but didn't get the RM8 cash back also. Need use sign in only at e-pay only entitle the cash back?

Same, no CB too for Epay via Scan & Pay.

What is the best method to complaint to boost on this matter?

Took me 1 week for them to reply. After that, i reply on their concern. Now waiting another 1 week.

Just sent them email and pending reply.

I just contacted epay customer support, they said it is removed until further notice.      Lobang.

Hi everyone.. Just want to update about paying Digi bills using Boost app..

I've downloaded an app called PahangGo, and after a recent update, there's an option of paying Digi bills.. When I looked under the payment option, we can pay it using Boost (subjected to a min of RM40)..

I tried paying my Digi bill this morning and it was accepted after around 2 hours or so.. Also successful in getting my coins and shake rewards..

I see, this PahangGo app actually just adapted payment of bills using E-wallets.. Even paying PAIP (the water company in Pahang) bills still cannot use Boost, can only use FPX..
