If we give up on a mission, will we get our coins back? I mistakenly clicked on a wrong mission which cost me a fair bit of coins

karenq88, boonhan Are you referring to the email received? My emails show 0 also but in shopback apps, it says calculating.

I think its because in apps, it still shows calculating. Let's keep each other informed here on any new progress. My purchases since 7 feb are still showing 'calculating' in apps though emails show 0

I performed using scan and pay on 8 Feb 2020 1:46pm but didn't get the RM8 cash back also. Need use sign in only at e-pay only entitle the cash back?

Another scan and pay and suspect its my epay that didn't receive the cb. I read through their TnC and it doesn't mention scan and pay , no cb. So we still stand a chance to get cb if we write in to boost (pls do not mention about 'scan and pay' or 'sign in'. Just say that didn't receive cb, let boost come back to us with answers)

Just write them a normal email, attach your screenschot (highlight your purchases) saying that you spent on 8/2, time, what spending, provide your particulars ie name, phone # etc but have not gotten the cb yet, and wait for them to get back to you.

Boost is saying that Yoodo don't qualify for the Boost online day 8/2 as Celcom don't qualify. But I don't think this should be so as I see other website/ apps eg: Grab, when they say Celcom top up available, you cannot top up Yoodo.

1) Did anybody get cashback for Yoodo top up on 8Feb?
2) Did anybody take mission for Celcom and can succeed by topping up on Yoodo

I see, this PahangGo app actually just adapted payment of bills using E-wallets.. Even paying PAIP (the water company in Pahang) bills still cannot use Boost, can only use FPX..
