I transferred in via Duitnow to Boost (where I set my phone number to Boost Duitnow) amount 2k, wanted to put into Boostmymoney but idk why they only allow 487.37 can be deposited out of this 2k? I think if Duitnow was the source all this should falls under online banking source right?

Alright I understood now, there is caveat. Only 20% of Duitnow transferred in amount can be used to deposit Boostmymoney.

So I scan again my QR for MBB account in Boost to cash out to MBB Savings then redeposit back into Boost wallet using wallet online banking function, this way all full amount will be able to put into Boostmymoney.

Such a hassle 😭😭

Has anyone managed to cash out their BoostMyMoney? I did a 100% cash out on 6th April to bank account and until today it's under processing (it's supposed to be up to 4 working days). Tried sending an email to both their bmmsupport email (returned with message block email error) as well as their general boost customer service but no one reply me other than the automated ticket created email.

I have issue withdrawing. Keep showing "boostmymoney balance exceeded". Contacted CS but no reply from them.

No, I only put rm100 for testing. Then test to withdraw rm10  to boost wallet also failed.

Already deposit inside more than a week.

Yes, the money still stuck at "processing" for long time already. I thought money already in since the total deposit show rm100?
May I know how does the the assigned unit looks like?

OK noted thanks, I am checking with CS because the money stuck at processing status for months already. No reply from BOOST CS when contacting them since early April.

Bro.. just wondering.. did you deposit boostmymoney prior to product launch or after?  If prior to product launch, the money has already been refunded but the amount status still stuck in processing.

Later on when it was launched, i deposited the same 500 bucks.. but my account shows i deposited 1000 but unit purchased is equivalent to the 500 only.

Does Boost has daily interest feature that is similar to TNGo+?
