yes, few months back, was triggered to reverify. then pending verification for final step 4 (verify details) for few months

knowing boost going to offer their Prepaid Mastercard soon, i triggered support last week. i complained to them for the long verification period. seems like they cant do anything after few days of ding-dong escalation. then they "reset" my account again, and i redo verify identity (scan mykad) and update details.... finally approved within 1 day
