I did the payment yesterday morning, ePay - Boost - TNB, at night i opened the TNB app, noticed the money was in.

usually just take an hour to be reflected into tnb apps

In refer to below email successful confirmation, which I've done to pay TNB Utility via Boost on 30-Jan but it's still not reflected from TNB side.

FYI, I'm attaching 2 screenshot for your reference.

One is failure confirmation from e-Pay side during payment, but successful email received from e-Pay instantly.

Another screenshot is payment from Boost e-Wallet and consider as done and successful.

As the time given to reflect this transaction as failure or success beyond the normal waiting time, hence emailing you for support and assistance.

Don't fall into Boost trap!
8194 user activated with 400 Boost coins each time.
Which means, 8194*$4 = $32,776 spent for just a few thousands ringgit of item. Crazy!

I am thinking should not just solely use all for Boost but allocate some expenses for Grabpay as well. Grabpay has reward points too.

i'm having payment failed before in e-pay but using grabpay, it hold my money for 20mins, then auto-revert back into wallet... i think boost should be the same, the revert process is automatic one, you just need to wait.
