I experienced it when I MNPed to maxis. Try to wait for around 3 days. At the mean time, u r right to contact Digi cs. Nothing to do with the bank's cs.

After a few days, I am able to receive the otp. I didn't bother to call the bank cs, it's all totally on the telecommunication service provider's. Be sure to ask them and confirm that they didn't block the numbers that send u the otp, like 66300 etc.

Not having fun here too. Took almost 1 hr to top up 2 principles , from 1 am to 2am. Many transactions didn't reflect after keying in otp. Morning wake up and find another 9 transactions that went through.

Just call the cs and say u wanna redeem. I have done that previously, don't need any paperwork
