yes anyhow govt get that RM25/card, so the more people apply card, more income just bank want absorb it for you or not

if cannot waive, try using rewards points to offset

just contact bank and ask, whether the transaction amount you made already qualify or not that will be faster and safer, usually after they check your account, they will let you know
no reason they not telling you because if not entitle, you have to spend more, which is better for them lol

my pbb visa sig still entitle 6% cb from reload RM634 to bp, just in RM38 cb today
