Problem topping up with BP…
After 2 transactions submitting the OTP, both showing BP website in the apps…
After that I pay the next 6 transactions with digi.
In the middle of doing the digi transactions, the BP apps successfully showing the notification of top up successfully after more than 10min of topping time…
Last transaction made on digi at UK time 10.22pm, 9/12/18.

yup, it's depends on bank local time, not users local time.
when i key in the otp it shown 10/12/18, not 9/12/18.

I'm waiting my quantum cards, Visa card is useless for me. can i cancel before activate it?

call CS and ask whether you can cancel it before issuance.

what we do is to apply Mastercard only during the application, remark on the application form.
